Dotter Abstract Co Inc, Walsenburg, CO

They were professionals, friendly, and had a comfortable office in Walsenburg. I closed my home here and am grateful for their assistance.

Working with this company right now for the first time. The closer told me I had to create an earnest money receipt for her to sign. Emailed twice yesterday about our title deadline. Received no responses. Now the seller is technically out of contract since the deadline was missed. I am on the buyer side, but I would not recommend this company to anyone. I will update my review if somehow this transaction turns around.

I've purchased about 15 homes over the years and my experience with Dotter Abstract is, by far, the worst experience to date with a Title Company. We were able to change one week before closing. My recommendation is to avoid Dotter Abstract.

I was a new customer , sat up an account and gave a large down payment. I was promised delivery for the following week as we were very low on gas. Day of delivery I was assured they would be here so when they never showed up I called and was told they would service at the begining of the year. I canceled my account. When i picked up my down payment they told me they wished that my boiler system would blow up. Now I fear for my families safety because this dirty company has to access my driveway to service my neighbor.

Errors in closing paperwork. Doesn't care about errors, still have wrong paperwork signed. Poor communication and no updates. Full week after closing I had to figure out how to get my closing paperwork that I've always had on day of closing.

They made my transaction so easy We were in and out to see our new future homesite within 15 minutes ! THANK YOU MISS DOTTER!
