Not a pleasant CS experience in the 3-4 months as a customer here. If I didn't need a local account, I would close it immediately.

Ignored at the lobby by a loan officer texting on the job... 9 day hold on an escrow check, but "Account Specialist", DIDN'T disclose is "Working Days"... Makes you wonder what they are doing with my funds?... Shady...
