I started talking to Jessica in early February as she was recommended to me by a friend. I wasn't sure that real estate was the right decision for me. In all honesty, I thought I was at least 10-15 years away from being able to own a home. She talked to me realistically about my options, gave me research about historic home appreciation values for my area here in Denver, CO, and even introduced me to the incredible Realtor Rebekah Gray from West+Main Homes. For the first few weeks I had a lot of questions. What about my student loans- would I even be able to get a home loan? How much do I need to bring as a down payment being a first time howe owner? What would I qualify for? It seemed around ever corner, there were new documents, and with new documents there were new questions. Not only did Jessica answer every question I had clearly but quickly too. She never let me wait or sit in confusion. In March I decided to wait on buying a home. I was nervous and the responsibility of homeownership scared me away for a bit. Jessica responded so kindly! She let me know she was always there if I had questions and hoped she could help me if I decided to get back into the market. I wouldn't have made it here without such an incredible loan officer as Jessica. She was truly professional, prompt, and knowledgeable throughout this process. Jessica is an excellent choice for anyone looking for a mortgage or home loan.
