Went in to cash a check for my company, they had me wait 2 hours to get me verified for MY company, said they couldn’t to come back with my partner. Came back the next day spent an hour verifying if the check was real, asked if I had try to do a mobile deposit I confirmed no I called to see if I would even be able to. Jordin (I believe was his name) went to get his manager she came back basically told me she couldn’t take a chance with it etc. My frustration was that if that was the issue why the hell would they have me wait a few hours before even asking about the signature? The check had been signed on the back the ENTIRE time!!! Why not clarify that first before wasting my time.

It was the worst customer service I ever had she was not willing to go the extra and make another call to fix the problem and very rude people!!

Been coming to this location for years and I also work the Grave Shift and I was just told to leave the parking lot at 930 a.m... Why? Its Sunday morning 3-10-2019 so now Im sitting in a different parking lot waiting for this place to open and debating if I should try to get a loan (1st one at this location) but I think I will be better off going somewhere else from now on.

So i lost my wallet and had a bad night. I thought i was definitely not going to get any of my money back and have to go through a head ache to get a knew card! But thanks to (maria) it was supper easy fast! less of a hassle for me to get a knew one. Thanks allot to moneytree.

I work close by and run in on my lunch break to cash my check, I'm in and out with no problems. Everyone is friendly. This location is the best one .

Just had a very odd experience at this location. Went to cash a check as my online banking doesnt offer check cashing yet. Was told I had a balance, which I don't recall but if I'm told I owe a debt..I want to pay it. The next thing that was asked of me was for the stub that was attached to the check. I was fine with this to, and provided it. I actually had the entire envelope as this was a withdrawal check from my employers 401k..she then said she needed to make a call to verify. I told her at this point I'd take this to another establishment as I've never ever encountered either question..she had my check still and told me she needed to make a copy!?!? She made a copy and then handed the check back to me. Was I just about to be scammed? Is this concerning? I felt the first red flag when I was told I owed a balance and I had never step foot on that store before. I'm happy to say I went somewhere else, wasn't asked for the paper work attached to the check (never ever ever encountered that) and didn't need any phone calls to verify. The second establishment (Ace Cash) was quick, and I was in and out without feeling like I was just about scammed out of money..thank goodness I cashed my check right away. Would this woman have tried to scam me out of it at MoneyTree? I don't know..but I'm glad I left.

I can not say it enough how thankful I am for this company and how helpful it has been in so many moments of hardship & I had no one else to ask for help. Thank you so much Money Tree.

DONT CASH YOUR CHECK AT THIS SPECIFIC LOCATION, my friend cashed a check there and someone (one of the workers) duplicated the check and cashed it again, the bank let our boss know and is investigating
