OneMain Financial, Westminster, CO

I've had two other loans with this company and this time has been awful. I call and ask for my rep and just get told ill get a call later, one hour or tomorrow and I never receive one until I call myself. If I was able to go somewhere else I would, Honestly would be faster to get a loan somewhere else.

I am trying to rebuild my credit and i have a couple of major purchases i need to make. I saw One Main Financial on credit karma and my odds were "excellent" and it also mentioned that it might help build my credit if I applied. However just like every other shady lender out there they denied me. So the moral of the story is....don't get your hopes up.

I worked with this branch on a vehicle loan. It was alot of work to get the seller and us in and out for paperwork. They were always up front with what we needed to do to get the loan. After the loan went through it has been zero problems. I've called several times since then and they have always cheerfully answered questions or concerns.

Quite honestly I would give 0 stars if I could. After waiting a whole week after being told he only thing left to do was approve my loan, my account had been passed along to someone else (without telling me) and they kept asking for things they already had. Moreover, the lady I was passed along to was very rude and treated me like some kind of scam even though I had clearly told her the situation of my raise not happening for a month. As a result I did not get the loan (due to the incompetence of this company), wasted 2 weeks of my time, and brought down my credit score. I would not recommend.

I started with a low credit score, no one was willing to approve a personal loan for me. I found OM via Credit Karma & started with using my car as collateral & high interest rate BUT now improved my credit, lower interest & easy to borrow more. Definitely recommend

It was so easy. Lisa was very helpful and nice. Everything went very smooth, I had the money in my bank within a couple of days. Thanks to all who helped me at OneMain Financial. I've read a lot of bad reviews about this financial institution. I have just started my loan process with them. So far everything has gone great. Maybe after I'm with them for a while things could change, but as of now I'm very satisfied. Let's not forget Sharon, she was so helpful and patient as well as Lisa was.
