Edwin was extremely responsive and attentive to my questions and we were in constant contact via text and calls as these were my preferred communication methods. Edwin kept me informed about what to anticipate throughout the process and sent me reminders about upcoming deadlines (at my request) which helped us keep to the very tight turnaround schedule required to obtain this mortgage. There were several unanticipated issues that arose toward the end of the application process, but Stephen's Lending was quickly able to find creative workarounds and get things through the "gauntlet" at the last minute.
