I was forced to use them thru the dealer I went to. It was easy to set up my automatic payments. I only had the loan for a short time, until my insurance paid out. But they get 5 stars for canceling the gap coverage for me a month later when they reviewed their loan records.

Randall F. is the most thoughtful, helpful, professional and just all around incredible employee of BCI. I had no issues ever with my auto loan and called with some questions and to pay off and he helped me so easily and quickly I cannot rave about him and the process enough!

I have purchased about 2 or 3 used cars over the past years, all of which were financed by BCI. The experience has been excellent. Never a problem having a dealer set it up, quick approval, paperwork and payment methods work flawlessly and the people are great to deal with for questions I have had about various things. While we all want better rates BCI rates have mirrored the market and stayed low. Overall, BCI is a reliable, accommodating customer oriented business who will continue to get my business in the future.
