I wish i could leave negative stars. This branch is HORRIBLE. I went in to close my account and what ever his job is there put my account negative because of the pending transactions he didn't leave the money in to cover it. So i go back the next day to get it corrected and all this man wanted to talk to me about was MY FEET! Needless to say its been almost a week and he still hasn't fixed my account it is STILL negative and only getting more charges for being negative.

Seriously the worst group of people i've ever come into contact with at a bank. All of the girls that work there are so rude. I usually go to the one in north branford (out of my way) just because they're SO friendly no matter who takes care of you. But every so often out of convince i'll stop here, and EVERYTIME I regret it. Last week while in there the cashier did something funky with ny account, no fraud or anything but i dont think she shouldve done what she did reguardless. Also as i was waiting i hear one of the sales people saying, "oh my god with these people" i hate giving my money to them and as soon as i can i will be switching banks.

Slowest ATM EVER and always a line. Hate coming here

When you supposed to be open until noon on Saturday but you lock the doors at 11:50 what is the purpose of that? Why don’t change your business hours to closing at 11:55 instead? (Asking for a friend)

Best banking I have ever been threw .I have an account with a different bank and every time I go they ask me if I would like to open up an account with first Niagara .As a sales person I am really impressed how good they are all on the same page to get more business .thank you
