Let's see it took over a month for them to replace my debit card when it expired thus denying me access to my funds, but then when I was laid off and my account was overdrawn, they closed it without ever talking to me and then didnt tell me. When I had my taxes direct deposited there because I didnt know my account was closed, they took what I was overdrawn and then refused to give me the rest of the balance when I drove 3 hours round trip to their closest branch. Even though my account was closed they still held my money which is akin to theft at that point. They couldnt even tell me why they wouldnt give it to me, just that they'd have to call me back Monday like it was my fault that they lost Saturday hours but dont actually have useful people working on Saturdays so they might as well be closed for all they are worth on Saturdays. They have not done one single thing to rectify either situation for me or to make up for the huge inconvenience they have caused and are still causing in my life. I HATE this banking institution and would STRONGLY reccomend banking ANYWHERE else. They may have more fees but at least they wont steal your money AFTER YOUR ACCOUNT IS CLOSED!!!! IF YOU ARE CONSIDERING THIS BANK DONT DO IT!!!! THEY ARE INCOMPETENT AT BEST AND CROOKS AT WORST.

Really disappointed. I killed myself to get here before they closed at 12:30 but they had already locked the door prior. If your hours are listed, you should be open until that time.
