I had an horrible experience overall just to be over charged and dismissed. I inquired about being able to go over my taxes going forward as a farmer just making sure I was keeping track of spend and such. To not be told what was being done then boom taxes filed and bill arrives. Tax account totally stopped responding so I called management just for them to not follow up either. I don't recommend them at all. The thing is I see them all the time at conferences. Smh
