Did a real estate rental transaction for the VP of National Sales, Chris Carmichael, of Neat Capital. Found him an excellent tenant for his rental property at the time in Stamford. He never paid the listing commission owed. Not only did my calls and texts fall on deaf ears after the tenant I found moved in, the broker/owner of my company reached out to Chris with the same result. Shame on Neat Capital to employ such unscrupulous management heads like Chris who do business this way. My brokerage, the largest per agent count in Fairfield County, will not do a transaction with Neat Capital.

Amazing is an understatement. Dealing with all sorts of companies and banks throughout the years and Neat is by far the best. I personally have had 4 transactions with Tom Furey and Neat Capital over the past 5 years and each Loan was processed and closed in record time. Professional, reliable, and possibly the fastest to close in the market. You will not be disappointed.
