Use any other bank besides this one. Awful. Have money in the account but can’t spend it because they put daily limits on how much you can spend. Always putting a fraud alert on my card because I ordered something online or I went two different places in one day. Unreal. Taking my business somewhere else. Should be able to spend my money when I want and how much I want. When you call and speak to people they are no help.

I preferred this bank when they were still Putnam Bank, but the people are freindly and the location is convenient. Not sure I would head there for any intensive banking needs, but routine stuff is perfectly fine.
