Don’t ever open an account with this bank. TERRIBLE customer service. Cheryl and Andrea are disrespectful and don’t care about helping their own clients. They make false accusations and are very unprofessional. They need to learn how to communicate better with their clients if they want Groton Municipal Bank to stay open.

Terrible customer service. Unbelievable. Find another credit union. Cheryl has absolutely no idea how to communicate with her customers.

I previously made a negative review and have deleted that review. For only 2 employees the bank does a great job.
