Great credit union with great service, but...Their charge card does not deliver on the benefits advertised. I spent a day trying to get their advertised 25% off car rentals..no possible way. I dealt with multiple people from NFCU-to no avail (this is an understatement).

The coin machine has been gone for a bit. I miss that. Anytime I’ve been in here the customer service has been good. They have always greeted me with a smile and service has been proficient.

Best place I’ve ever bin

I'm currently mobilized in an area with no Navy Federals near enough to go to. My wife came in with a power of attorney to handle some of my banking that needed to be done immediately and was met with condescending attitudes and was turned away with no suggestions on how to help. They ended up locking my account and the account of a friend who helped me. The concept of supporting sailors seems to have slipped the mind of this branch as they failed miserably. To get our accounts unlocked took over two hours of being on hold and being talked to like children. I closed my account and won't be back. Save yourself a headache and bank elsewhere since they don't seem to support service members anymore.

Sarah went above and beyond helping me out. They were closed I explained I lost my ATM card she got me a new one, while I waited in the lobby. She did not know I was on my way out of state for a family funeral. She truly made what could have been a very difficult time easier. Thank you
