Do not finance from this company ! They do not work with you if you need to be late on a payment. Morgan and Kayla are the most rudest people I have ever spoken to as the other reviews say please stay away from Shantok Motors , I cannot wait until I can get away from this company.

Don’t not finance with them. They will not help you out for anything. If you late one payment the will turn off your car right away. And that against the law. Worst bank ever.

Worst company in the world , you can pay 4 days early for one year and then your late 3 days for the first time in one year and they send you an email with a notice to reprocesses for being 3 days late, take advantage of people with not so good credit by charging an interest rate or 19.99 percent , stear clear of these people.

Not only was the "manager" unprofessional and rude she refused to help and she took money from my account before the date scheduled. They are crooks and liars!!

I’m a customer of Oracle Finance and there a Very Very Unprofessional and very very rude and prejudice lady in the office by the Name of Morgan I can’t believe they have someone like that working in the office handling business would not recommend them at all

I have had cars from them before and never missed a payment ever. I got into an accident with my car and my insurance is totaling out my car. I called and tried to explain that to Kayla and she got rude to me and very disrespectful so I hung up. I called back and spoke to one of the other women and she hung up on me. I don't know if these women think they can just talk to people the way they want but I would say if you need a car stay away from this place. horrible customer service . the women are rude and disrespectful act like they are something when all they do is work at a little bank.

Do not use these clowns! Kayla is ridiculously rude and hangs up on people. Melissa is an idiot as a manager. I will be reaching out to an attorney over there pathetic business practices!

I waited 6 months to do a review I was in a bad situation and got a car in less than two days from Shantok Motors as far as oracle finance I never really had an issue so far I understand that this is a small loan company so they can be on you about being on time with payments even if it’s 2 days late lol , but they’ve always worked with me if I was going to be late I’ll simply call them and schedule a payment no more than a week out and everything goes smoothly , hoping everything remains this way :)
