I have had the pleasure of working with CIC Lending since 2004. The entire staff takes great pride in helping entrepreneurs navigate the SBA lending system. From beginning paperwork through closing and for years after. They helped my business through the pandemic and we came out a stronger company due to their guidance. I can't say enough great things about them.

I have been working with CIC for over ten years since they helped my company secure a SBA construction/permanent mortgage for our wedding and special event facility. I had left messages for a call back more than once. When I finally got a call back, Rich called and I had to think twice about who was calling me (at this point I have been dealing with different lenders who WERE responsive and just couldn't remember the name right away) and I had to ask him to repeat where he was calling from, his response? "Rich from Community Investment Corporation. It obviously was not that important if you can't remember, have a good day" and hung up right away. Wonderful!
