We have been working with Ian Williams from Falcon Funding in assisting one of our (mutual) clients in getting financing to purchase a home in Willimantic. We had an accepted purchase contract in the 1st week of January with a "no problem" financing contingency date of 3 weeks later. That day came and went along with an additional 70 plus days with no commitment and difficult communication. When pressed a few weeks ago Ian used the old standby line about confidentiality that went out with the last group of fraudulent originators and lending companies. Ian has continued to be evasive, given misleading information about our client’s situation, and not straightforward about his ability to provide financing. My last conversation was met with a bad attitude and a hang up! This would be a DO NOT use company in my book. You can contact me and I will repost if Falcon Funding steps up to the plate, becomes transparent and proves to be an honorable company to consider. Brian
