Horrible fiduciary relationship with clients. They will sell your mortgage off to the highest bidder 10 days after you close. So if your against companies like Wells Fargo I recommend working with a mortgage company that provides transparency to it customers. Actually should receive 0 stars if I could. First World Mortgage is not to be trusted.

I have done two home purchases with First World within the last year and each one was seamless. My team was a pleasure to work with and kept me up to date every step of the way. Thier professionalism was remarkable. THANK you again First World Mortgage for a great experience!

My client wasn’t happy with his original lender. I called Edward Lanzoni and asked him to pick up the pieces. Wow!! If there are 10 steps to home ownership- he zipped through them with my client in no time. We stayed in close touch during the home buying experience. Edward is my go to lender. Give him a call. I am not happy with the treatment I have received with First World Mortgage during this process. I have been flat out ignored and lied to. I told Steven Jones before even applying that I was collecting workers compensation for a shoulder injury along with accompanying deep depression/PTSD. It’s not the best timing for me to have to move but we can’t always control life. He told me that would not be a problem and that it would be discriminatory to deny me for that. He then told me on 5/19 that he had good news and I would be receiving my pre-approval letter in the next day or so. Then a day or two later he asked me to meet at his office with my paperwork so he could scan clearer copies. I met him at his office where he brought his children along who were so ill behaved that we could not even carry on a conversation. How could I be approved if he supposedly could not even read the documents I forwarded to him? So being told I was pre approved I was excited and had begun looking for houses. It was nice to have something to be happy about after so long. Then he told me my workers compensation was suddenly an issue and needed documentation from my attorney which I provided that day. Then I heard nothing from him for almost a week. When I texted him to follow up he could not even reply. I called his office the next day and he said he had bad news it would most likely not be approved now. Who tells a deeply depressed person they have good news and gets their hopes up then just suddenly cancels that? So now there is a hard inquiry on my credit report which could have been prevented if he was just honest from the beginning that he does not know what he is doing and not have screwed me over and wasted my time and energy. I’m very upset right now and have been since speaking with him. I do NOT recommend to do business with Steven Jones or First World Mortgage Corporation. This is the most unprofessional experience I can ever remember. I wish I had just gone to a bank. Definitely not helping my depression. Thanks
