I have had an account with these guys (SI) for about 10 years. the transition was pretty smooth in comparison to the peoples/M&T transition. We opened an account for my daughter a few months ago and the time the teller took to help make sure we were opening the right account and explaining all the benefits and things my 16 year old should watch out for and make sure she does and doesn't do was greatly appreciated.
I've never had an issue questioning a transaction on my account and having issues resolved quickly.
The user interface on the website is very user friendly. over all very happy with this bank, the tellers and everything in between.

New years eve and the lobby is closed, atm is closed and they only have one lane open I'm drive through. Had to wait in line over 30 minutes in drive through. And with them being closed Saturday and Sunday it's not like I could come back.

I hate this bank more and more every day. I have to plan at least an hour out of my day to deposit my checks. Slowest service I’ve ever experienced, all the locations are like this and it’s pathetic. I miss Savings Institute. 0 stars :)

Not the same since the Savings Institute days. Keep making updates to mortgage processing - nothing is linked, and they keep using different sites. The latest site can only store one bank account to process payments from - really??!! In the world of on-line banking, they can't get their act together.

If I could I wouldn’t even give one star. I have had this bank since they took over and I’ve had nothing but problems. Rude people answering the phones. Using the atm to make deposits is a joke. A four day hold is extreme!!!
