This company is OUTSTANDING! Nothing but the best customer service. Phyllis & Dolores are very personable. I called every month to make payments on my car and they knew who I was every time. Currently experiencing a total loss situation with them and they have gone above and beyond to help me through it. Highly recommend this group to everyone who asks what company I use for my car loan. Keep up the great work IAC you guys are the best!!

Good finance company a lot of different ways to send in the payments. The interest rate was great. I would recommend it the only thing I have to mention it's the lack of customer service help. Every time I had to make a call they would always either mention *it’s not even 10:00 am and you are asking for too much* or Dolores said that she needed to remind me that she is the one that owns that car and not me* It's a lot of sassy older ladies behind the phone and you kinda have to walk on eggshells and not get them upset I didn't enjoy that at all Thankfully for my last payment I spoke with Cece and it was a better experience. Try to find a good agent when calling or ask for Cece.

Been working with Angela on my Auto Loan for the better part of 6 years, very accommodating and flexible. You just need to communicate on good faith. Hopefully able to work with you again.

I want to thank Phyllis for all of her help. I was in an accident a little over a month ago and she has gone above and beyond with helping me. Her working at the bank, she didn't need to help me make calls to insurance companies or make phone calls checking on me, but she did. As we wait to see if my car is a total loss she has also helped me with letting me know of cars that are available for me. I'm so grateful for all of her help...she sounds like she's a tough cookie but she's got an amazing heart! Thank you Phyllis...for all of your help. You are an asset to this business!!!

They have a great group of ladies that always work their best to ensure you are satisfied. If I have any problems I know I can always count on them!! Very accommodating and flexible.
