KeyBank, New Haven, CT

Went to this branch last week to get quarters for the meter. Teller had an attitude and said I needed an account. I've cashed numerous checks for $10K. Won't be cashing there anymore

Amazing customer service! I worked with personal banker Joshua to clarify information on an old account for a family member and he went above and beyond to help me confirm and find the information I need. Josh was patient, knowledgable and such a pleasure to work with. So much so I ended up opening an account with them. I would definitely recommend this bank and this location for in-person assistance. Happy to join the KeyBank family!

I visited this place today and was blown away. This is another imposing edifice in the church street and share same building with Starbucks. There’s wheelchair accessible entrance and can be easily seen from a vehicle in normal traffic. It’s also pretty close and a walking distance to the New Haven Green so you can quickly pop in and do your ATM if you’re visiting the Green.

Was in a bind because I needed some small bills before traveling. I Bank with the Wells Fargo across the street but they were closed (typical), so I went to the KeyBank and they were super nice and broke some bills for me. Thanks for helping me out!

Warning!!!!! The most incompetent employees I have ever worked with in the banking world 20 years in business. I’ve never had such a terrible experience read the fine print. Open up a line of credit was promised no annual fees spoke on different occasions to several employees in the branch two different branch managers. Was promised that the fees would be waived in the account would be taken care of properly. Over three months of promises that they would take care of this issue and then it goes to collections nothing like your credit being tampered with due to incompetent employees. Disgusted will never deal with Key Bank again.
