My fiancé and I started real estate investing earlier this year We were referred to Lend Some Money by a friend. Application process was easy and responses were quick to get back a quote. Portal is easy to use and is easier than digging through our email to look at the last response. The closing went without a hitch and was faster than I expected. The team also was very patient. We had a lot of "dumb" questions that more experienced people probably know, that were answered quickly. They also had some great advice and offered suggestions on things we didn't think of. Excited to find another property!

Working with the Lend Some Money team was such a smooth process. Mike was super knowledgeable, but the rest of the team was also super helpful. I've had horrible experiences with other lenders that I almost gave up on hard money and tried to source funds on my own without success. Other lenders I've tried were tedious with having to print, scan and email the forms in. Communication was always clear and they kept me up to date. The portal is great and it was super convenient to upload and esign documents from my phone while away from my computer.

Great group of people. I'm not new to investment but am new to the real estate front. Their staff took the time to answer my questions, no matter how simple. Application process was quick and easy. Didn't move forward with the loan due to circumstances outside of their control (property fell through), but wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future. Thanks guys
