I can't say enough good things about this credit union. Their personal service is unbelievable. I pay my mortgage with my credit union account. On the day it was supposed to go through, I get a call from Glenda telling me my mortgage is trying to go through but there's not enough money in my account. I had accidentally deposited my mortgage $ in to my savings account. She transferred the money and let the mortgage payment go through. How many banks would forgo a fee for customer service. We also finance all of our cars with them. You can hardly beat their pre-owned interest rates. I filled out my app online at 10 pm and was approved by noon the next day. They beat the dealership by 2.5%. I recommend building a relationship with your local credit union.

I have been banking with this credit union for close to 30 years - (perhaps one name change) They are and have always been there for me/us - No matter our life situation be it personal or vehicle they have always come through for us - It's great that the employee turnover is minimal where you can feel like you have a personal relationship with them - Not something you get at a "larger" bank - Rates are always competitive - Door is always open - Thank you -j
