Been here multiple times and about 90% of the time they are not open during their posted hours. When they are here they are rude and expect full price on used items. The wife of owner is the only nice person you can deal with avoid at all costs. Once again here at noon posted hours 930 to 5 sign on door open at 1230. It’s now10 of 1 and no one in sight. And to the owner below ive been here about 10 times in 4 years during your “business” hours they’ve been here twice smh wish I could rate lower this is not a covid thing

Love love love this place!! If your looking for some nice stuff this is the place to go! They always have new inventory, the customer service is fantastic and you always leave with a great deal! The owner is so friendly and his employees are very welcoming. I would defiantly recommend East Coast Jewelry and Loan to anyone!!

Business here is always pleasant and straightforward. Friendly and knowledgeable staff plus a unique collection better yet, fair pricing! I would absolutely recommend a visit!

Went there last week and was looking at two silver charms, bought 1 and came back a week later for the 2nd. The price doubled because "silver prices are crazy right now, the charm is comping at $50-100". Just be honest with your customers, tell them that you were a little light on your original offer and after looking on ebay, they are selling for $30 and that's the price you'd like. Don't insult your customers intelligence and knowledge of the products they are looking at. Go to Westerly Coin, they are the best.
