Stay away from this company all they want it to take your money and profit themselves charge me twice in one month. For a month that’s not even due and refuse to refund me stating that it was a mix up and nothing they can do. That’s not customer service that’s a company that only cares about themselves.

Never could get an answer of my interest rate. Equipment purchase was $26,000, I had a down payment also. Paid $805 a month since September 2019, still want over $15,000 for a payoff!!! Do not use this place for any business. I did pay off another piece of equipment with them, took 7 months to get my title!!! Wouldn't recommend them for anything, poor company that will rip you off.

One of the worst loan departments I ever seee I requested no try this finance from this company no body care u call Maneger or any person they don’t care so I am still waiting for my payofff letter and they do nothing no one picking up phone

This is the most under handed company I have ever dealt with. Robert Collazo. Will not return phone calls until he needs something for himself. We have been trying to get a pay off amount for months now and nothing! Now we get a Email that North mill has filed a default on our equipment because we went past the FIVE DAY deadline for payment. We will be contacting our lawyer in this matter! AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!

This place is a scam, And Brian Perry is responsible for lieing to his customers. I’m trying to get a payoff amount and they are refusing me a payoff letter, wanting me to pay 45 payments of 1900 a month with no interest rates or documentation. RUN FROM THIS COMPANY, IM going to Report them to BBB

Great to work with !!! Doug Phillips had sent in a change in our payment dates and the bank mistakenly pulled the funds early. Doug worked at lightning speed to ensure that the funds were quickly replaced, The very same day he was notified!! We are able to continue our business due to their quick action and great customer service!

I am very grateful for these people. I had a loan on a piece of medical equipment with and outside commerical major bank at a very good rate. I have never missed a bill in my life, yet the commercial public bank called the loan on a ticky tack foul...change of business ownership as I took on partners due to expansion. I was oblivious and stunned. The loan was really probably called so they could get more interest as the rate was only 4 percent...financed years ago. Nonetheless to have to pay 150k within 30 days would have put me in a tough spot...especially right in the middle of a construction project. While my interest rate did go up, I understand, but these guys really did a good deed by taking away such a high principle that was cast on me at an unexpected time and really an unethical act by the public bank...something going on all over the place today. I think they are good people.
