I am so happy I was given Jason’s number. I had been looking to refinance our VA loan and when I spoke to my mortgage holder the person couldn’t answer any of my concerns I had (we wanted to refi to do home repairs but the VA can be picky with their appraisal process) and they told me I would just have to see if it would pass. I explained that all to Jason who told me that if a regular VA refi wasn’t able to happen after the appraisal we could switch to one for repairs. It was nice to have someone explain the options we had and everything went smoothly! They also gave us a lovely gift box with a candle and coasters at closing.
