I have had a very bad experience with universal funds. Beware of this company , they took money out of my account with out my permission. I was a customer ,and i asked for them to look at my account to see if they could get me more working capital, they came up with a real nasty deal even thou i never missed one payment, when i said no thank you they charged my checking account $470.40 and they called it a preauthorized ach debt. I applied to ten companys to get the best deal and this is the only company that charged my account a socalled fee. they didnt seam to care when i told them i was going to write a review. watch out for Kelsey R Cyr. she was the one that took the money.
