National Iron Bank, Salisbury, CT

Have our mortgage and personal account through National Iron and have found them to be wonderful! We also recently went through National Iron for a PPP loan. When other friends were having difficulty with the "big banks" I felt lucky to have a great local bank in the area.

This Bank has bad policy about ATM fees and other quality issues.... Not only this, but they mislead me on ATM charges and I stand by this, being I was told by their Washington, Connecticut branch, after complaining about some outrageous fees, there would be; “ no charge for ‘ Money pass ATM service “.... I have the app, I have used it and I was charged each time‼️ And get this, after complaining about Money Pass ATM fees, that had been charged to the account, they told, me “ ohh no Money pass has no fees “... Their own people don’t even know the workings of that apparently and I dug deeper and got a truthful admission of the fees‼️ Misrepresentation. WARNING‼️ DO NOT USE NON Iron Bank ATM’s cause, you may find charges of up to 15.00 per ATM usage. I would suggest if the Money Pass issue happens to you, to complain the the Connecticut department of banking and file a formal complaint for; their misrepresentation-of actual policies. This needs to stop and goverment is just sleeping through all this too....
