When I was applying for a loan, Tammi and her team talked about how comfortable they are with the NY market. They said whatever they had to say and then gave me a pre-approval letter $200k less then what they had originally said. Then started talking about how they are unfamiliar with the NY market. Then refused to answer my phone calls or emails. Awful people. DO NOT GO WITH THESE PEOPLE UNLESS YOU WANT A HOME IN CONNECTICUT. Do not go by Tammie’s words, because she said one thing and did another. Set back my process by a couple of months as I had to start over from scratch.

Tammie and Trish are both amazing. It’s a pleasure workin with them and we will definitely use them again when we are ready to buy our next home. They made everything about the process smooth and easy to understand with plenty of feedback and quick responses. A++

They can’t keep track of paper work and caused a lot of hassle. I refinanced with this company. When they sold my loan they lost track my insurance information, and subsequently billed me for a $4000 insurance policy they forcibly obtained for my property. It took them about 4 month to correct their own error. Stay away.

Lisa and Tara was very helpful to us with buying our first home ! They answered all questions and gave us great advice. We are very grateful we got to work with this office and would recommend them !
