Trash all around. So rude. Imagine waking up and being that miserable that you need to treat people the way you do when they are having a hard time. What is wrong with you people? The reason the world is a horrible place is because of the poor behavior exhibited by them.

I purchased several new vehicles from this Dealership starting from their old location. About 3-1/2 years ago i leased a Toyota Avalon. I paid down payment of $5,000 and was paying $419/month on auto payment. It was a 3 years lease. First when i got this vehicle i had a rip off deal. Second i was told its under full warranty apparently it was not. I took the vehicle for oil change but they never washed the car even though every time i told them to do it. They kept telling me its not included. They given me 3 years with 36,000 miles lease. If i go over the limit i had to pay around 0.15 cent per mile. To avoid the over mileage i returned the vehicle with 35,000 miles and in 35 month. One month and 1,000 miles less that what i was told. I was supposed to get a refund instead they charged me $419 for last month too. When i returned the vehicle i was told everything is fine and i don't have to pay anything else. Six month later i got surprised bill of $700 plus. They called it "wear and tear" plus missing key charges. I handed over both keys to the manager at duty upon return of the vehicle but later they sent me a bill. I called them and they credited for the key but sent me another $537.57 balance bill. I spoke to Toyota financial several times and disputed the bill and was told they are sending back to Dealer ship to void those unnecessary chargers. Instead of that i just got a letter from a collection agency to put pressure on me to pay to Toyota $537.57. Claiming for $537.57 for no Genuine reason. I'm literally frustrated and upset from this Dealer ship and would never buy vehicle from them and also tell all my family and friends NEVER buy vehicles from them. They are completely Rip off and not trust worthy. They are trying to get innocent buyers with their fine print contract which no one read it at all. Be aware of Priority Toyota Dealer ship and their financial connections:(:(:(

I so disappointed when try paying my car payment online app payments maintained can't pay my car payment after that toyota financial reported my credit past due my credit dropped almost 80 so sad why they doing that's app it's said not affect late payment
