Quick and efficient

I had a very nice experience here todag. I had to wait in line for a bit, but the brunette lady who took care of me today was so friendly and kind, it felt more like visiting a friend. What a wonderful customer experience, really made my day.

4 times had issues here. While being polite. Head teller kayleen has refused to cash any check coming from accounts with overdraft. I go to any other branch. They cash it. She is also very snotty. This is a very new branch. But has been horrible since day one. If this was the only branch. Id get rid of them and switch and never return. They do not know how to do their job. Wish could give less then 1 star.
