Applied for a car loan refinancing right from their website and the process was very clear and easy. Email communication was great and fast. I didn’t have to go to a branch, I did it all online. Highly recommend Sikorsky credit union, great loan rates.

The online applications department has been wonderful. Magna was my main contact and I cannot say enough about her and the whole experience. They stayed In touch with me throughout the process and we’re very patient with my many questions. This was my first time in years that I have requested a car loan and while I thought this would be a tedious task doing this on my own but it turned out to be quick and simple with their help.

Buying my leased car out through Sikorsky was so easy. They helped every step of the way, explained everything to me thoroughly, and had the best interest rate I could find. I highly recommend them if you are looking for an auto loan.

Alexandra Pfeiffer did a fantastic job assisting me with my lease buyout! She was very knowledgeable, organized, and when the business manager at the lease buyout car dealership was less than cooperative, she immediately got on the phone and made him cooperate! She also helped me with updating my insurance binder, switching over from my existing loan company to Sikorsky’s. It was a pleasure work with her!

Ok so I have always been a big bank guy. The thought of a credit union always had a bit of negative association with it. Well was I WRONG! Where have you been all my life Sikorsky??? Let's talk about AMAZING rates, awesome PEOPLE, so FAST, undeniably EASY, thoughtful underwriting that literally makes SENSE. Definitely have a customer for life. What can I say... from the moment I walked in until I walked out - I felt like I was being taken care of and being heard. I went to Seymour Sikorsky CU to open a loan for a vehicle. Eric was very helpful during the entire process. He listens to exactly what you're looking for and trying to get you the best rate he absolutely can. I had called him several times while I was looking at a vehicle out of state and needed some help/advice. He answered all of my questions, along with some useful information. When it came time to finalize the loan and make sure I was set to go to the dealership with everything - Eric helped me gather all the paperwork together and explained everything thoroughly. When I did have to sit in the waiting area, for a short amount of time - I did see a lot of friends and family, which also gave me some reassurance that I was in good hands.

The Assistant Branch Manager, Eric, was always available to answer all my questions. Always had a positive attitude and smile on his face despite my multitude of emails, phone calls, and visits to the branch. Thanks to him we were able to secure a home loan in a short time frame.
