DO NOT GET A LOAN FROM HERE AT ALL. BECAUSE OF THEIR CLERICAL ERROR, THEY REPOSSESSED A CAR FROM A WORKING MOM WITH 5 KIDS. SHE MADE HER PAYMENTS AND BECAUSE THEY FORGOT TO PROCESS ONE, THE TOOK THE CAR AWAY AND REFUSED TO GIVE IT BACK EVEN WITH PROFF OF PAYMENTS. DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY EVEN IF YOU MAKE PAYMENTS ON TIME, THEY WILL FIND A WAY TO SCREW YOU OVER.

Worst place in American Repo my car 2 times for $200.00 bucks . Im going to report them my car has a salvage title also

Aweful Service. They took my car from me twice this year. The first time I had way more than enough money in my bank account. I had to Fax over my bank statements to prove it. Then their best excuse was my former bank, First Niagara. Whom has NEVER made a mistake on my behalf before EVER. But I still payed the 500$ for storage and Tow. Then the second time I was behind one week. Had a call made to them where their staff informed both my father AND I that I had another week to gather funds. Then they turned on me and took it halfway through the following week. They first tried to lie and say the communication was never established. Then proceeded to lie and try to tell me that I was never told I had another week. Totally improfessional. Lack of proper communication between staff. Do yourself some justice and avoid this aggrevation entirely.😡
