Skyline Financial Federal Credit Union, Waterbury, CT

I have been a member of this bank for about 27 years when my mom began my savings account as a baby.. I have never left and continue to use this as my main bank. The staff over the years have become friends to my family and are very personable with each and every visit or phone call. I moved a bit farther away from Waterbury now but will not leave this credit union. Anything I need I know they will have done in 2 minutes from my phone call. I appreciate the personal touch this credit union has.

I had a check that i wanted cashed from webster bank. The teller ask me why i don't bank with them. I told her that I have a credit union that i belong to. She said it was going to be $8 to cash the check that was drawn from their bank. I took my check back and said thats why i dont belong to you bank. At skyline it is a great place where all the staff knows me. Always willing to help. Yvette and pixie with loans > sherri with my credit card when i was on vacation etc. You'll never get that at another bank Kevin quill
