Worst mortgage lending experience ever. Mortgage broker told me I'd be with a credit union and I ended up with Flagstar. They repeatedly and continuously harass the customer in an effort to get the mortgage holder NOT to use the sixteen day grace period. They call and ask personal, offensive questions. The behavior is so unprofessional. I'm now going to try to get away from them and refinance with a local credit union.
