I wish I never move here this really is a bad company they do not have 24-hour maintenance the maintenance come when they want to the rental office never answer the phone since I've been here majority of my property been damaged with water damage rats all around the building I never seen nothing like this you can't even make it home to feel comfortable in

If I could give 0 stars I would. I never fathomed a company would want you to pay $45 to apply for an apartment that they are not giving you the address of, no pictures of the unit under construction and no pictures 3d lay out or 2d floor plans... nothing!!!! Not even a design or layout of what they expect it to look like upon finishing. Unacceptable and should be illegal altogether. The customer service of lady there is extremely poor and provoking. She had the nerve to say she told me over the phone it was under construction. Yes you did, but what company doesn't have layouts or floor plans of their units??????? No address or any given information but expect ANYONE to apply.... Anyway I would not recommend at all. And the neighborhood is full of violence and loitering. The intercom is broken and now I see why.......... Avoid at all cost And the other review with 4stars is spam it's just giving the location and not a review of the experience with the company. Misleading.. I wish I knew..but now you do..

It's on da main strip of Benning Rd NE closer 2 all da shopping establishments surrounding Benning Rd, also metro & DC streetcar accessible. Walking distance from H St NE, Maryland ave & Bladensburg Rd NE.

The second year I was here I called them about a bat being my house it look them two to come out and get it.. then now I have people around here that don’t live here breaking the gates and doors, they are also blasting music all night while ppl children are sleep you call the police they turn it down for a little bit then blasting it again u call the rental office they don’t do anything about.

I recently met with Kristi Davis to look at a for sale property and she was prompt professional and courteous. Although I didn’t purchase as of yet when I do she will be my go to!

🗣🗣They Never Answer, Its No 24 hour maintenance, it’s Rats All Aroumd The Building And Rodents Inside apartment hallways the neighbors play music all night and day weather it’s a weekend or Wednesday This place is not a place to raise your children in. They Have people all through the hallways throwing food and trash around. I HATE LIVING HERE Definitely Not Worth It‼️
