Mariner Finance, Bear, DE

I have an outstanding loan through them and kept getting mails and emails from them stating I have available funds to borrow in addition to this loan. I decided to go into their branch near me to see what amount I would qualify for. The loan officer was very nice, respectful, helpful and did not take long to process the additional small amount which he said I only qualified for eventhough I asked for a bigger amount to help with my home repair. Eventhough I was disappointed not getting the loan amount I was looking for, I think they are easy to deal with comparing to other loan companies that require a lot of paperworks to process the loan.

The financial process was great. However, the signing of the finance documents process was somewhat annoying because the application required a security code be sent via text and the processor couldn't text me. It may be better not to have the code as a requirement, because you cannot signing the documents without the code. Eventually, the code was given to me over the phone. Other than that, it was great.

Diana is someone who i would have in my company. She is very friendly and she knows how to put you at ease while going through the process. Diana is a great asset to this company and i hope you never lose her.

My experience at Mariner wasn't fast but it was pleasant and thorough. This wasn't my first experience with Mariner and they came through for me each time. Thank you
