Loan Till Payday, Claymont, DE

I’ve had nothing but great experiences with this loan agency. My credit wasn’t the best but I make great money so I just needed a loan to help me out til payday. I walked in got quick and easy service walked out with 700$ on my card. I paid my full balance 2 weeks later to avoid as much interest as possible. I’ll be using this loan agency long term.

I walked in with a problem and walked out with a solution. Natasha was polite, professional, and FAST! I appreciate her following up on verifications. It shows she has integrity and she represents her company well.

This place is terrible. I filled out the application & sent them all the proper documents via emal Paystubs, debit card & ID. They stated they received all the documents and the rep went over the application & how much i would have to pay back weekly. So I was approved for $$$, however the rep stated if I came in person I would receive more money. I explained to her that the drive for me is 1.5 hours away. She stated she understood however if I came in I would get more. I drove their just to get denied because she stated she didn't realize she was looking at my information wrong & needed a bank statement. Gave her the bank statement & still denied. The thi g is they could have told me that on the phone.. TERRIBLE

The most disrespectful employees I’ve ever come across in customer service. Even with these women “trying” to be nice, it’s so fake you actually would rather deal with the attitude. They will do ANYTHING to help which is great, but they’ll complain and hate doing in the meantime. Trying to apply online, it will tell you money is on its way in minutes, I will not hear anything for days, then call and will be put on hold for 20+ minutes. I actually had a friend call while I was waiting and they were willing to answer new customer calls, rather than deal with existing customers on hold. I’ve never dealt with being treated as some commoner because I need a little assistance with life. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone unless you’re so desperate you’re willing to overlook their poor work ethics!

I have recently done business with loan till payday. And I really like the online customer service that I receive is pretty fast within the time I reach out about anything. But when I call about anything the male representative seems to be frustrated and or annoyed about me asking questions, I feel like I can never as a customer come to them on the phone with a problem without a attitude.

Quick and easy process, funds delivered to my account immediately. Pleasant customer service. I will always use LTP
