***Warning before applying*** They hold your data hostage and refuse to delete it. If you are uncomfortable with that, AVOID. They are weirdly dodgy when you ask questions about your data security and what they do with that information. I can't speak for the physical office but the customer service online is atrocious. Please be wary that they store your bank account information and debit card information and do not allow you to delete it, even if you opt out of the loan. Per the agent "Maui" I spoke with, they store your information for 30 days, then it becomes inactive. While I asked what "inactive" status entails, and if I can have my information removed once inactive, "Maui" disconnected the chat. I was "fortunate" enough to receive her again in the chat and tried to speak to her rationally. She was embarrassingly illiterate and rude. She then directed me to call instead of responding to the question at hand. There are better options online, don't let this recession put you in a weird position with a shady company.

She had my loan done quickly and efficiently. She provided me with excellent customer service. I look forward to having her do any future loans!

I was very satisfied with the outstanding customer service provided by Nina & T. They are exceptional workers. My request was fast and not to include the friendly service. I would recommend all to give them a try. I will be back for all my future loans.

I love Ms Tamika, always a pleasure, I've always ask for her when ever I call in and I've been doing business with your company for a long time. The only down fall is the high interest, but I guess when you are in a pinch you have no choice, I really think if you are a repeat customer, and in good standings the interest shouldn't be as high as it is.

They are rip offs . I got a 500 loan and paying 600 back in interest. And they told me different amount in person but had me sign for a longer payback . I will never go to them again ,and I will tell others not to go as well .
