I had a mortgage lender by the name of Bryan Perkins ..... his demeanor and irritation of helping me as a first time home buyer was very unprofessional... he answered the phone “yo”to me I said “excuse me ?” He said “what’s up Shabree” or when I would call I guess I called to much he would be irritated. He would say he would call me back, but I would be the one calling him back. I guess when my score wasn’t to the expectation he was done with me .... this person made me feel like purchasing a home is useless and hopeless maybe I will have better luck through a different mortgage lender . My suggestion is that keystone might be good but make sure you find a different person to help you!!!!

This is the 3rd home I’ve purchased. Tim Dineen is the best mortgage broker I’ve had the pleasure of working with. He was very attentive and always available to answer questions. I highly recommend Keystone Funding and Tim D. if you’re looking for a home in the DMV.
