I love this place. The customer service is really good. Very friendly and caring. The loans are pretty hefty however as long as you know you can make payments ahead of time and extra payments you should be fine. They always help me when I’m in need and they always save my butt so I gladly pay the high interest. I just make sure to pay it off by a certain time so that I’m not killing myself with interest payments. All you need to know is paid off in one month. If you’re not able to pay it off by the next month then don’t take the loan unless you are okay with paying lots of interest payments. :)

I was at the Dover office five minutes before close. And a customer came out and I was not buzzed in . So why are there posted hours if they are not going to follow them. I stood outside the door before closing time and was completely ignored. The employee didn’t even have the curiosity to come tell me something at the door instead just ignored me. Wanting to leave work early on a Friday is not my problem. You have posted hours and can’t follow them and then just ignore someone standing at The door which you can clearly see because I saw you like that is okay. Completely unprofessional
