I've always had a good experience with the Dover office

I had the pleasure of working with Anita M who was very professional and VERY HONEST! She took the time too really explain everything to me, which made me very comfortable with going forward with the loan. She made the experience very personable and welcoming and I would definitely recommend her services to anyone who is looking for loans.

Rate is crazy high and the guy that started my loan didn't finish processing it then called out the next day so when I went to the appointment he scheduled with me, he wasn't there, so had to start everything over. But the guy that ended up helping me was great and I was able to get the loan I needed.

Called on 2/11/2021 and someone answered the phone (maybe not knowing) and I heard loud talking like negative about customers and that they are going to deny them and their personal life ... like this went on for a good 40 minutes , I was just giving them a call back .

Great lending experience, the ladies in the Dover branch were very helpful and truly authentic, it was just like talking with a friend. Thanks Anita and Steph.

Never again will i get a one main loan. As a loyal and on time paying customer for almost 3 years i can say this company and branch never treated me as a good client of theirs and is a predatory lender and will trap you in their "interest-bearing loans" with interest accruing daily irregardless of how much you try put towards your principal. I just paid my loan off today and am finally free from it all now.

100% will use again!! The staff at the Dover location helped me in so many ways to get my foot in the right direction during this tough time I’m going through.
