If i could put zero i would horrible customer service very smart nasty attitude workers the whole time of my loan no kind of assistance was offered no deferments, no Due date change, no loan modification nothing that could have possibly positively resulted in me getting back on track and remaining current. If your seek car loan assistance and you hear this company name RUN and run quick. Honestly feel like they are scammers

Just like the other people said they’ll harass you and everyone you’ve ever listed as reference & threaten to repo your car after just an hour of not paying. They don’t care how many payments you’ve made on time they will NOT work with you ever no matter what your problems are!! Never ever ever would do business with this bank again like everyone else says STAY FAR FAR AWAY AS YOU CAN !!!

I have them and had them in the past they work with you yes your rate my be high but they will work you as long as you keep to your word.

They tell you if you do not use the gap insurance you get it refunded. Bull. They also have a service contract in their contract for 745 or more but do not provide any service to your vehicle for that. They do not work with even during covid. They refuse for you turn it in then charge you for not turning the car in. Take you to court garnish your wages. Somehow We owed more than 9000 on a vehicle that was 8000 and we put 1000 down. Paid for 3 years. The car had a bad transmission 7000 to repair. Catolitic converter broke 30 days in. They said they would replace but just welded it back on so it broke again. Then sold the vehicle for 3000 with a bad transmission and the said we still owed 6,000 - 3,000 so ended up over 3000. We were paying over 200 every two weeks for 3 years on an 8000 vechile that we put 1000 down on? Like where do you come up with your figures? Where is the gap ins refund we did not use and what about the hidden 745 dollar service contract when you refused to fix anything or service it or tell us we were paying for a service contract we had no knowledge of. They and the car dealers who use them are not helpful and sold a car to a person knowing the transmission needed 7000 dollar repair. Do not use them and let anyone you know how they are. Donna B.

I highly recommend purchasing with American Finance, they are an awesome company. Since I purchased my vehicle they were very helpful supportive and understanding when it came to any situations with me and my vehicle. I have spoken with Betsy regularly who was one of my account managers and every time we spoke she was very informative helpful and kind I truly appreciate her and the company and will definitely be interested in purchasing another vehicle with American Finance and I recommend others to do so.
