I went there on a Friday because i need a loan in a hurry, and got the loan I needed however they issue loan in check form and not thinking about it being a friday I took the check and did a mobile deposit and left the store. I checked my bank account and noticed that my bank put a hold on their check for 11 days I called my bank and they said because the check did not clear e z loan . On Saturday still not cleared, Monday I called e z loan and told them and they said because it was a weekend and that it should clear by monday or tuesday and i told her that when it clears to go into account and take back the check because i needed it immediately and had to go somewhere else where i got cash. She informed me that even tho i did not actually get the money I still had to pay interest charges of $65.75 if paid by that Wednesday. Loan cleared on monday and instructed her to take money back, which she did however only took $35.00 and some change as interest. Knowing that on Friday that their check would not clear until the following week they should tell the client of that situation and even pay in cash. anyone needing a loan I would advise you to go to Advance America in Georgetown, Had a few loans from them with no problem and also give cash or debit card..
