Check `n Go, New Castle, DE

Employee calls me out of nowhere asking me to give him my personal information. I asked him why and he hung up on me. I had to call back 3x before he finally told me it was check and go and do I want a loan. WOW and I asked him for his name and he paused for 2 mins and I believe he gave a fake name.

I recently visited the Check 'n Go store, I spoke with an employee named Najada she was fantastic and provided excellent customer service to me. She was very polite and courteous. she was very efficient and extremely helpful and got me done quickly. I was in and in out of the store in no time! I would like to highly recommend her services to anyone..

One thing I appreciate is great customer service. It made for a better experience overall. Najada was very pleasant and engaging. I had customers ahead of me but I still was taken care of in a good amount of time. Thank you for your services and answering any questions I had.

My experience at the new Castle office was great. Courtney was very professional and courtesy and proficient. You actually made a good choice by having her as an employee, and she should become a manager or supervisor at this location or another. My time at Check n go applying for a loan was excellent. The customer service from Courtney and Joslyn was amazing. They were both patient they worked with me every step making doing everything they were were able to help me. I felt important as a customer while being assisted.Its always nice to walk in and see smiling faces i wouldn't go anywhere else.

After my lone I'd payed off I will never deal with check and go never again because I had make some payment arrangements and I told them when they can take a payment out and without me knowing they took two payments out of my account they did not call or notify me about that transaction which overdraw my account not once but twice so when I called they did not care and they did not give my money back

Getting a loan was quite easy. But I wish that when they call they would leave a message. I get alot of spam calls and I thought that check n go number was spam. Come to find out my bank stopped them from taking automatic payments and they been calling and not leaving a message. All I here is a werid fax noise in the background. Now my credit is effected cause they couldn't take the time out to leave a detailed message. I am so mad idk what to do!
