I originally called a location closer to me to come around 430. I got stuck working a little late and called to let that other location know I couldn’t get there until 515. They close at 6. That location told me that was too close to their closing time and had me contact the Claymont office. I was pretty taken back by that and Claymont is significantly further for me but if they don’t want my business, so be it. Glad I didn’t go there anyway. I called and spoke with Monica who was fantastic. I went the next day and Monica put me in Cindy and Nely’s hands. They’re great! Not only did they help me out but they made me feel welcome. Suggestion for management- give commissions to loans that come through after 4pm and on weekends. Nely and Cindy should be compensated for going the extra mile when Tanisha didn’t feel like it.

I went here to get assistance with some unexpected expenses. Cindy was my personal representative. She took the time to explain everything and made sure I was comfortable with not just the loan but with the payback schedule as well. She made sure I had choices as well. The amount of time she spent was well needed and it helped make the decision that was best fitted for my personal situation. She was very respectful and professional. She saw me as a person and not just another number for commission. I would recommend this place. ASK FOR CINDY!!!!!
