Kept calling the wrong number after advising them that the person they were trying to reach did own the number they were calling became very rude. I guess they assumed it was my fault they were given the wrong number.

Always kind an explains every detail..leaving there made me feel better then when I came to visit I have the auto plan.. that makes me feel secure with my vehicle...thank you Onemain Financial

Sat there with no one else in the building as they decided on lunch and they put people on hold. She argued with me about my paystubs and called me a liar but would look at my bank account. bUt she wasn't the person I talked to.. but dealt with another loan company was totally opposite. Don't waste your time with these people!

My experience at the Seaford DE Office was extremely satisfying. The associate was extremely helpful and not condescending. She understood my situation and wad very helpful.

Called Monday for loan payoff, paid the amount the next day, the balance instead of 0/paid shows 16 dollars and change, the app refuses it. No one answers the phone all day that day. Unprofessional, inexcusable. Not run proper or professional at all more like a pawn shop.

They were all very professional and treated me with respect and it didn't take long to get my loan done I was very pleased thank you
