Telephone clerk is beyond rude. Asked to speak to a manager, magically she was the manager. Asked for her name multiple times throughout my growing frustration with her. She kept declining to tell me. When she answers the phone, all she says is "Hello?". That's not her personal phone. Why answer it as such? How do you disregard your own name, and the name of the business? This lady needs to go into retirement a couple of years early, or find a job that doesn't require basic communication skills.

Very great environment, helpful staff, and it was done quick. I would recommend this place to everybody!
