Check `n Go, Wilmington, DE

I called every Check n Go in Delaware and they are the only only ones to answer the phone! They helped me make sure my loan was payed on time! The Manger is amazing and very professional I would recommend the Check n Go over every one else in Delaware because they are the only ones to answer the phone and act professional like a store should be!

And the best customer service award goes too........Nneka & Lisa!!!! Its a great experience with how this company is doing business , trustworthy, knowledgeable and quick in response. The atmosphere was very clean, professional and inviting. I have never been more proud and happy to write a review. I would give 10 stars if that were possible :-)

My rep was nice kind and she was very informative about everything she took her time and she made sure I knew about everything before I signed on the dotted line. Her customer service was 100+and her name was Lisa and because of Lisa I give the store 5 stars. Thank you and yes I will definitely recommend everyone to go to check and go in Wilmington...

This was my first time coming into check n go for a loan. I was greeted upon arrival and the lady behind the counter (Ladovia) who assisted me was very nice, patient, and thorough. I was in desperate need going in but happy go lucky leaving. I really appreciate all your help Ladovia) and will return if I'm ever in financial need.

After reading these reviews I honestly can say I have never had a bad experience with this loan location (Adams Four) first let's remember the location and then remind ourselves of what these employees deal with daily. People who are in need of money probably already are frustrated and can be nasty. With that being said I can say my experience with Theresa has been absolutely great. I'm always treated kindly and never kept waiting. Theresa knows her job well and is superb at customer service. She is always helping the other employees/newly hired and seems as though she takes her job serious as well as making sure the other employees do also. Thank you Theresa for your excellent service with a smile!

Shanae was a huge help today at check n go from the moment I walked in until the moment I walked out the door . She was able to help me with a loan quick and fast and was very respectful and kept things very confidential! I appreciate everything she did to help me get back on my feet around the holidays !
