My experience was good, but not great. The people in the office were okay, but I won’t say friendly. What I will say is that the company is fair in lending practices and with their interest rates. The only problem I have is the email I received later with all my information that was not password protected or in any way protected for that matter. I just opened my email and there was all my loan information for anyone who might mistakenly get it. Dates, loan amount, and payment amounts and dates due. Not very responsible in this age of identity theft.
